What's Up, Man?

Cathleya is a sponge. Half of the things she says she learns from others and catches us completely off guard. Others, we know exactly who to blame.

~What's next?

I realized a few weeks ago that Cathleya is actually singing. Before, she would recite the ABC's or Twinkle Twinkle. But nowadays she's actually singing the melody too. Her favorites are ABC and Itsy Bitsy Spider. But I have caught her singing Twinkle Twinkle, BINGO, Farmer in the Dell, Mary had a Little Lamb, Row Your Boat...

Lately, every morning when we go to get her out of bed, she'll lift up all her blankets, her pei-pei, and her Pooh Bear and wants to take it wherever she goes. It stays with her on the changing table. It stays with her to sit on the TInkerbell couch (which she's very possessive of, by the way). Her blankets stay with her until she gets distracted by some other cool thing that she can play with. At which time everything in her hands get dumped on the floor wherever it is that she happens to be standing at the time.

Her favorite past times, besides watching Mickey, are coloring, bubbles, reading, and playing with puzzles. Oh, and collecting rocks and sticks, when she's outside.
