I love you.

It's been 17 Months and the little tyke has truely been testing the limits of her independence. She's energetic, and opinionated. That's a really dangerous pairing and makes for long, drawn out tantrums. Not all is screaming and crying though. When you catch her at the right time, she loves giving hugs and kisses to mommy and daddy. She's very affectionate when she's in the right state of mind.

Also, she's learning quite a bit. She's starting to put together complete sentences. "Going home now?" and so-forth. She sits on daddy's lap and we read Dr. Seuss over and over. Among her favorites are, "SamAm" (Green eggs and Ham) and "HopPop" (Hop on Pop). We'll be needing more books very soon.

Her motor-skills, spacial recognition, dexterity, and overall athleticism are improving too. It also means she takes a lot of risks. Scrapes and bumps seem to be a normal occurrence. They never seem to deter her from trying again. :) That's my little daredevil.
