Munchkin really wants to be a good big sister. That being said, like any other kid in her situation, she prefers the comfort and security that only her mommy can provide. Couple that with the fact that her little brother requires a meal (also something only mommy can provide) every 2-3 hours, and you've got the makings of a genuine turf war. Last night was the first official bout.

In this corner, wearing the lavender tank, and pink skort, weighing in at somewhere under 30 pounds, the girl WITH THE BANSHEE SCREAM!!!11!11ONEONEONE111... Cathleya! *crowd roars*
In this corner, wearing the blue onesie spotted in spit up, weighing in at a whopping 7 pounds (growing) ounces, the SQUEAK but NOT MEEK!!11!1111ONE!EXCLAMATION!POINT!!.... Jeremy!! *crowd roars*
-okay kids, we want a clean screaming match... absolutely no physical contact of any kind, just polyphonic, loud, unrestrained, chaotic noise. LOTS AND LOTS OF NOISE.

I forget the actual order of events because munchkin has at least 2-3 notable tantrums a day as of late. But this is the first time she voiced her disapproval of mommy paying attention to the baby rather than her... since I wasn't really involved, this will be off a little bit, but I'll do my best.

So not funny when it's happening... but very hilarious to read-all-about-it! Watch out baby Jeremy... you may have won round 1, but Cathleya's not gonna give up with out a good loud wail!
